If you're anyone who has watched an episode of "Below Deck," you may at one time had what the kids are calling FOMO (fear of missing out). Well FOMO no more - now you can sail the Med in style this September - a month particularly perfect for Croatia because the sea will have finally warmed.
Wake up to a gorgeous daily breakfast, play in the ocean until lunch while you set sail to a gorgeous port where you can walk around, eat, shop, play. Its all up to you
THE EXPERIENCE
Day 1 - Optional Pre-Stay In Sibenik - We encourage everyone to arrive one day early to stay in a port hotel walking distance to the ship. Our team will provide affordable options to all guests.
Day 2 - Sibenik - Depart 12:00 PM - As we cross through the channel of St. Ante, guarded by St. Nicholas fortress (unique and breathtaking), we bow our heads as we enter the city of Croatian kings of old, and later, a valued Venetian city, protected by not one or two, but a total of four major fortresses, which stand as a testament to its importance in history. The cathedral of St. Jacob dominates the old town, a building with no peers, the unique architecture of which continues to inspire even to this day.
Day 3 - Maslinica - Maslinica is a beautiful coastal town located on the west coast of the island of Šolta, Croatia. It offers visitors an array of activities to do and places to explore. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, Maslinica has something to offer everyone.
Day 4 - Stari Grad - Stari Grad is a picturesque town located on the island of Hvar, Croatia. The town is known for its rich history and cultural heritage, beautiful beaches, and delicious cuisine. There are plenty of things to do and see in Stari Grad. One of the most popular attractions is the Stari Grad Plain, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This agricultural landscape dates back to the 4th century BC, and is the best preserved example of ancient Greek agriculture in the Mediterranean.
Day 5 - Vis-Vis Island, the most distant Croatian island from the mainland, was once a Yugoslav military base and remained off-limits to visitors until 1991. This secluded history gives Vis a nostalgic charm, reminiscent of Croatia's tourism scene before the Dalmatian islands gained international attention. What sets Vis apart is what you won't encounter: crowded souvenir shops, budget cruise tours, water attractions, or Irish pubs. Above all, Vis offers a unique and exclusive experience compared to other destinations in Croatia. Day 6 - Korcula - After a short sail, followed by a generous swim stop, we arrive at the birth place of Marco Polo, the famous medieval explorer, whose life journey began on these ancient cobbled streets. Get lost in the any alleys and local businesses, as you learn about the wine and oil that made Korčula so rich in the past. As the sun sets over the western part of the town, enjoy the breeze, which is given to you by the town’s specific architecture.
Day 7 - Jakljan- Jakljan Island is the most northern in a series of small islands situated just about two miles off the coast of Croatia to the northwest of the port of Dubrovnik, and directly west of the larger island of Šipan. These islands are known as the Elafiti Islands, derived from the Greek word "elaphos," which means deer, suggesting that the islands were once inhabited by deer. The chain is predominantly covered in dense forests and remains unspoiled. While some of the islands are popular day trip destinations for tourists staying in Dubrovnik, visiting yachts that anchor around the islands can usually avoid large crowds (especially outside of peak months like July and August). Even the busier anchorages become quieter at night when the tour boats depart.
Day 8 - Dubrovnik - Dubrovnik will be our last stop of this amazing trip.Known as the "Pearl of the Adriatic," is a beautiful city located on the southern coast of Croatia. This historic city is surrounded by medieval walls and boasts stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. Dubrovnik is a popular tourist destination, attracting visitors from all over the world with its rich history, beautiful architecture, and warm climate.
Day 9 - Depart for home after breakfast.
NOTE: Ports are subject to change at Captain's discretion
